Meet the Team

Before co-founding JTM Financial Services in 2004, Jason had amassed a wealth of experience in the financial sector ranging from high street banks to offshore life offices.

Although his passion is for engaging directly with clients, Jason’s hands-on approach sees him involved in every aspect of the business.

Jason lives in Poole with his partner Diane and two children. He is a motorbike enthusiast and can often be found on the winding country roads of Dorset at weekends.

Terry has been advising clients since 1990 and was a founding director of JTM in 2004. He has a diploma from the London Institute of Banking and is a member of the Institute of Financial Services.

Terry relishes the opportunity to meet with clients and brings his wealth of experience and personal touch to the planning process.

Terry is married with two grown up children. In his spare time he enjoys walks and metal detecting.

David has been in the financial services industry for more than 30 years, and is qualified to Diploma level. He has wide experience of Pensions, both Personal and Corporate, Investments and Tax Planning. David joined JTM in 2007 as an adviser and is now a Director of the firm.

He is continuing his studies with a view to obtaining Chartered Financial Planner status

He is married with one daughter, lives in Southampton, and is a keen golfer.

John joined JTM in 2006 as an administrator and paraplanner, he qualified as a financial adviser in 2010 and earned his diploma in 2013 from the Chartered Insurance Institute. He is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute and the Personal Finance Society.

John’s focus is on building strong and lasting relationships with his clients by taking the time to understand their circumstances and needs and providing high quality advice along with an ongoing service which helps to cement relationships and improve outcomes.

John lives in Bournemouth with his wife Stephanie and sons William, Rory and Max. Outside of work he enjoys long walks with the family and playing sport, especially golf. He also plays guitar.

Rebecca joined JTM in 2016 and has already become an integral member of the team. She has worked in Financial Services since 1999 and brought a wealth of experience with her.

Rebecca is a diligent, conscientious employee who takes great pride in her work and excels at customer relations. She has several industry qualifications including Level 4 Diploma for Financial Advisers and is a member of the Personal Finance Society.

Rebecca lives with her son and several dogs which keep her very busy with much time spent walking and exploring the New Forest.
